Anyone know about Vita-Lite bulbs?

I have a new Vita-Lite bulb and fixture. It says it is a full spectrum Natural light. It has a 20 watt fluorsescent lamp. What exactly does this mean? Does this have both UVA and UVB rays?

not much UVB output compared to the "5.0"
type fluorescents.
