not good....well spike has list a little more weight down to 337 today and i noticed that his fat reserves are looking depleted....i know that i'm supposed to switch his salad and i'm workin real hard right now to redo his temps cause he's WAY to hot....stupid florida heat.....i might be movin him into my room tommorow.....new lights i'm gettin today and i'm gonna switch salad types from romane and carrots to like collard greens or sumtin else reommended.....anything else u can think of that can help get him back to his 420gram happy healthy self whould be great.......he also weezes alittle through his nose sometimes.....i'm gonna try and get a fecal done asap as well....do u think i should give him crickets again cause he used to really like them (he hasn't had them in like 8 monts...also i'm gonna give pellets again...no more mealies i guess they aren't good for him....ANY OTHER FOOD TYPES U KNOW OF PLEASE LET ME KNOW....i really need some help with my best buddy..thanks for your help and sry about rambling......

I don't know the history of what is going on w/ your BD, so I can't really give advise as to whether reintroducing crickets to his diet would be good or not.

But I can link you to this website which has a great list of foods and how good they are for your beardie. Anything listed in green is a great food source. As you know now, romaine and carrots aren't the best choices.
