Unfertilized top soil works well. I like to do a 75% topsoil to 25% children's play sand. Any topsoil will do as long as the fertilizers or any other miracle grow type ingredients. You want as organic as possible. Home depot should carry this. Moisten the soil sand mixture until damp but not dripping. I like to sent up my laying bins like this and so far so good. With the eggs I use vermiculite just damp enough to clump put thumb indentations and rest the eggs in them. I keep humidity in the incubator itself between 75-85 and I'm sure in the Tupperware shoe boxes humidity is even higher. Temps I've incubated at fluctuated little from 83.3-84.5 and so far hatching has went smooth. I've also heard of people incubating a bit higher but if you don't have a top of the line thermostat with a safety catch if fluctuations are to extremes. I would stick with the lower spectrum of 82-84 degrees. Good luck on the babies.
