Pacman is just acting on instinct. Use BED-A-BEAST for substrate. You dont have to change it much at all. Just occasionally remove some poo but they dont poo that much. I use a shallow waterdish for soaking. I change that daily.

well you can read anything on the net about pacmans and learn that they arent meant to be handled or really messed with. Theres really no way to tame oe or make it less agresive. Hes probably biting your because he thinks your food... and beleave me pacman frogs dot have to be hungry want to eat.. if u put anything in his cage resembling food it would try to eat it. you can place your pacman in a plastic contain while u change the cage, i use be a beast and moss and is easy to maintane.well i hope this helps.

One of my horned frogs also acts like that. I kind of like that fact, because he is so easily aggrevated, he will eat anything in front of him quickly. My less active cranwell has to be patiently waited on to eat, sometimes it takes him 5 minutes to snap at the nightcrawlers i give him. I would be happy to have a frog that you dont have to spend an hour feeding! (:

IMO, each frog is different. Depends on their personalities

Yeah mine are odd too, one will not attack at all, I provoked him for 2 hours trying to get him to eat until i realized he missed his old muddy enclosure(lol) and the other will attack anything that moves, and the baby just freaks out and runs.
