Scenting for a baby GTP who hasn't eaten

Hi, I recently purchased a baby GTP, and it hasn't eaten since it's birth. This is what the seller told me.

Would scenting the f/t pinky with chicken broth help? If so, is this canned chicken broth straight from the super market.

Any other suggestions would help too...

i dont know about scenting with chicken broth but many people use anoles for feeding and once the snake takes anoles you can just rubb an anole tail over the mouse
