designing an enclosure...how much ventilation is needed?

dpitch13 Jun 07, 2004 12:53 PM

I am currently designing a 6X3X3 enclosure for my tegu that I plan on building come the end of summer. I've got a good plan layed out, but I'm not sure how many ventilation holes i should plan on cutting, and where to place them. I know the enclosure needs ventilation to prevent stagnant air from accumulating, but I also want to be able to maintain proper humidity levels, as well as temperature, if applicable. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
