Hand feeding?

draco Jun 07, 2004 01:12 PM

Well, it’s been a week since I brought home my Jacksons. They are so much fun! I wish I worked from home, so I could spend more time watching them go about their daily lives. They seem to be taking well to my presence, so I thought I’d try to hand feed them some crix. They both went for it. I don’t plan on doing this all the time, I figure they need to hunt once in a while. In fact I moved my hand do a different spot with each crix, just to see if they’d follow, don’t want them to get lazy. I was curious to see what others thought about hand feeding.

Luna will readily eat from my hand WHEN she is in the mood. I think a combination of feeding methods is good - variety

oh, about that working from home so you could spend more time watching them - believe me, you'll never get your work done! I often find myself working at night after her bedtime b/c I blew off too much time during the day!LOL!
