Just thought I'd bump this up a bit...
This is going to SUCK! Because she was so happy when I finally took down that pen! She's ready to reclaim the area for her own, non lizard purposes! ARGhh! She as so much space out there already, I don't ask much.
This is going to COST me bigtime. I'm already doing a raised, rock planter, a water feature and a flagstone patio. Think that's enough?

Well, I haven't told her about the outdoor end of things yet. I'm still waiting for her to come to terms with the indoor vivarium. When she's come around and accepted that, I'll break the news about the new pen!

I just remodeled my pen...I even let my wife help with the aesthetics. She likes to help place the rocks, make hiding places, and pick out plants that will look nice in there, as well as attract the insects. She really does enjoy it too, although she seldom admits it.

I was telling Eve...I took out most of the heaviest rocks and added dirt to the area I had created to let the lizards go deep into the pen. For some reason, some lizards were going down and not coming out. so many places to hide, I would end up digging up the area to find them.

Now I have a few heavy rocks, but nothing placed in such a way to make it difficult to remove. It was awesome watching the lizards when I put them all back in. They were very active, wandering around checking everything out...like they were in a new home.

PS....Eve...my son seen the red head female out on the deck this afternoon LOL
