This is going to be my favorite snake!! This must be a Pewter.. The other ones look like strange Bloodred/Pewters but I pretty confident this is a Pewter..

I have to say that I am intrigued and a bit jealous of what you are seeing emerging from your eggs this year!
The animal pictured above certainly LOOKS like a pewter, but I have to admit that I have never seen a pewter hatchling with the yellows that yours are showing right out of the egg. I wonder if this is due to some genetic trait (since they all share the same two grandparents)or if there is something else awry here?
It's way too early to see anything as being drastically different, of course, but this is just one more instance of a long line of odd occurrances in the cornsnake world! Too cool!!!

Yes, both my Bloodreds had the same Pewter as father but different Bloodreds as mothers.. I am very happy the results up untill now.. out of 13 eggs I have 5 Bloodreds, 2 Pewters, 3 Pewter like. Then three eggs are left but have pipped and one of them is a Pewter. Other two are unknown so far
