i saw my gecko out during the day for the first time tonight. he was sitting in one of the trees 
it was nice.. i'm hopeing that means that it is settled into it's new home now.!
i love watching it eat to... he licks his lips after he eats a cricket

Yep thats good it takes em a little to get settled but it sounds like hes happy with his surrounding now. My gecko also licks her lips after eating, to get the calcium dust off. Good luck with him/her.
