my female was in the moist box for a day and a half straight and I took her out to get a pic of her, now she hasnt gone near it at all for the past day and a half since. Did I do something wrong? should I make a new one or maybe she just was checking it out?

Don't worry about it. She probably just got bored with it. I know my leos will favor some spots one day, and other spots the next.
