Hello,
I am from Canada and Ive just recently got 2 of what I beleive are phrynosoma pltyrhinos. I have a few questions for anyone experienced in successfully raising these lil guys.
1)When they deficate is it normal to have the ants look as though they were in original form but all squished up? Is this indicative of an improper type of ant or anything else or normal?
2)Is it true that sand is harmful to them when eating I am currently using 100% real dessert sand so I dont get how this could be?
3)My lil guys love to be pet and picked up is this harmful to them on a regular basis or anything?
4)How often do they shed there skin and is it often they have problems doing this?
