has any one here tried these for their mealworms or crickets? without using other supplements? i just wanted to know if these were any good, and if they are as "complete" as they say to be. thanks.

I use them, and they work pretty good. The only complaint I have is they seem to get all gooey and sticky after a while. But they work good and the crickets seem to like them a lot better than the dry stuff. Hope that helps!!
I have been feeding my crix the orange cube for a month or two now, and I have noticed that the cube doesn't stay moist as long. I can't recall the name of the green cube of the same idea, but they stayed wet longer, and smelled like green apples!!(which helps with the awful cricket smell.
My 2 cents.
