Its been a while since I have visited this forum, has anyone found the "perfect substrate" yet?

I think the age old question still has the age old answer. Whichever works best for you and your uro, that doesn't cause any short or long term harm to it. Or, IMHO, the substrate that, in my uro's case, is located where he used to live before coming here
