Painting Melamine Cages

Diego Jun 08, 2004 06:56 PM

What can I use to paint the inside of my melamine cages? Something that is obviously safe to use and will not harm the boas.

First, I don't know of any paint that will stick but so well to melamine being as it's a very slick surface. And second, why would you want to paint them anyway? Melamine is waterproof (providing there are no cuts in it) and only needs to be sealed at the seams with a silicone caulking.
