Usually bulls have lots of spots on the head, no orange in the tail, and sometimes 3 distinctly different patterns on 1 snake (neck, mid body, tail).
Then there's the unusually tall rostral scale on the nose tip, and a slight bulge to the forehead, but I couldn't be sure about those in the photos.
Bulls are highly variable but this link is close...
