Hi, one of my male E. chain kings is puffing up his throat, and I'm wondering if in this species there is some behavior involved, or if I'm looking at early onset respiratory? There is no nasal discharge, gurgling, bubbling, or any other abnormal sounds or symptoms. The inside of his mouth has uniform coloration, and is pale pink throughout.
I'm bringing him to the vet tomorrow just in case, but I figured I'd check in here first!

mine puffs his throat from time to time when hes in a tesy mood. he never bites, but its a good indicator of his attitude.
