Brianfitness Jun 09, 2004 07:07 PM

I know people use fir bark; which is essentially a pine, so is it ok to use generic pine bark as bedding?

Pine has been known to cause some harm to rodents, though rare, precautions should be taken for snakes as well, as I've only heard of it harming snakes, still, it's better to be safe than sorry.
