is it ok just to leave a bunch off meal worms in a dish and just leave it in the tank so when my leo hungry it just eats out of the dish or should i feed her by puting the meal worms in her tank during feeding time.

i but a dish that says that the worms cant get out but they still do get out. also my leo is wierd one day she'll eat like 3 worm in a row but the next day she wouldnt even touch them is that normal shes still a little juvenile leo.
