Any ideas on accurately sexing waxy monkey frogs?

Before, what I've done is seperate them individually and listen to thme to see if they call, but also if you mist their front legs with warm water, their nuptial pads should darker and thne you know they are male. Hope this helps. Mine call everynight. What ratio do you have?

I don't have any yet,but I see a few places selling pairs,just want to make sure I'm not getting ripped!I'd like to set up a colony,do the males get along?

I have 6 males and 3 females and they all do fine. You want competition for breeding.
