Aside from the microscopics (parasites etc.) very few things will have a chance of bringing down a 20' conda. Man of course can and does and I suspect that a jaguar could if it came across the snake in the right circumstances. Especially if it found one on land or stuck in mud during the dry season. Caimans might have a chance too if the conditions were right. They definately take their toll on baby condas.
This is a good question for renee. You there redhed?
Female green anacondas, when fully grown are an apex predator. It would take the right circumstances to have one fall victim to another predator.
As far as an animal that routinely preys on condas that large I would say no.
Another opinion from,

I would have to agree with Airk here. Watch Jeff Corwin and all those folks on TV and they will eventually have a special with Maria Munoz (?). I believe she worked with Jesus Rivas (husband of Renee, Redhed). And it will say how she studies anacondas because they are the top predator and it gives her insight to the entire ecosystem. I do not know the entire history with these people but I do not believe anything actively hunts 20 ft anacondas. Even in the right vircumstances, most things would tend to stay away from an adult female anaconda. Even in the Llanos dry season, I doubt you would find a jaguar, much less picking a large anaconda out of the mud. However, I will never call myself the anaconda expert since the people in this forum can certainly exceed me. I still doubt you will find much different.
.
I am just basing my assumptions on the conda vs jaguar special on tv where they showed video of a jaguar attcking a rather large caiman and dragging it out of the water. That suprised me. So I assume that random circumstances do occur from time to time. Like me and eunectes4 have said though I dont believe anything sets out looking for a 20' anaconda except Jesus. lol

I also saw on that show the little caimen flipping that jaguar over its head and the jaguar went running. I saw a croc on discovery try and get some food from some lions that were not cooperating and they teamed up on the croc so the croc called in some friends and the lions lost the food. I don't think anything can beat cold blooded strenght...too much time on the planet
