I know that gila's don't have fangs so how do they administer their venom? Is the venom just in thier saliva so when they bite a victim it goes in the wound or do they have an actual venom gland?

gila's venom comes out of their teeth very slowly, they have to chew on the "victim" to get it in.

Helodermas are the only venomous animal I can think of with venom glands in the lower jaw. Their lower teeth have a rear groove and the venom is secreted from glands near these teeth. The venom is drawn up the tooth via capillary action and into the prey, or the person who antagonized them too far. There is a book, called Gila Monsters fact and legend, which illustrates their teeth beautifully.
