I MIST MY JACKSON 3 TIMES A DAY IS IT ADVISABLE TO MIST YOUR CHAM A NIGHT WHILE HE IS SLEEPING?

I would say there is no need for doing that. If you mist him 3 times a day that should be enough.

In the wild and with chameleons housed outside it happens (if it rains at night they get wet). However, there is no need for creating such artificial condition if housed indoor.
