Sea turtle herping

I'm working at Cape Canaveral Air Force station doing environmental things. We rode the beach Tuesday looking for turtle nests.

Here's a loggerhead sea turtle killed by a boat prop. she measured 79cm.

Even seeing DOR's when Night cruisn'.

DORs or in this case, DOB(?)s usually mean there's a healthy population. Although it's sad to see, it's also a good sign that there are plenty more where that came from.
