Hi again, sorry to be such a pest but I've hit another problem. I have my enclosure fully set up with the exception of a food bowl and water bowl. I am getting a female Golden Greek tomorrow. At the pet store they feed the food on a flat plate. The Tortoises make a mess but are able to get to it easily. What type of plates/bowls have you found to work well? For water, at the store they took a small litter box and cut a section out of one side, so they can get in and out. It just has shallow water in it. They said that some of them (including the one I'm getting) have gone in on their own to soak/drink. They still soak them twice a week as well. Is this a good way to do water or is there a better way? I do plan to do the soaks but would really like to keep water in the enclosure as well in case she gets thirsty. Thanks for all the help you've given so far! I'll have pics to share tomorrow!
