My Hog island, whom I've had for a month, has spent that entire month crammed into a 6"L x 3"W cork log. Well, I finally pried the log off of her a few days ago, so now I can handle her & start getting her acclimated. The first handling she was very shy & spent the whole time looking for a place to hide & staying there. But yesterday, I took her out & she really warmed up, exploring around, hanging out on me & NOT hiding. I had a rat pink waiting for her when she went back "home" & she ate w/in 1/2 hour (but I didn't get to see it). YEAH!

that's great to hear!! I knew she would come around...I'm glad to hear that she's feeding for you and that's she's warming up to being handled. She looks like a little tree boa up on that branch LOL!
