Mangrove Snakes...

Elfunko Jun 11, 2004 12:04 PM

The reptile store got three more in yesterday. I don't know where they are to be kept, but I mentioned it might be a good idea to keep them all seperate. But, with the stresses of being shipped and held in a cage unbefitting they might be fine together. Anyone have an opinion on this? I know the situation sucks already, have any ideas of how I can help. I like the Mangroves....

In an ideal setting you should keep them mangroves separate. Sadly, a petstore is a business first, and caging space may be an issue. If it is an issue, and they must be housed together. I would at least make sure that there are multiple hideboxes and private areas in the cage.

Dont keep 2 males together, they may fight. One male one female should be ok, but they must be fed separate due to aggresive eating habits.
