Kingsnakes and Hognosed snakes are not in the same genus (Lampropeltis vs Heterodon). I assume that was a typo.

They are in the same family by most people's taxonomy, but they are not in closely related genera.

Hognosed Snakes are Xenodontines and are only distantly related to the Kingsnakes, Ratsnakes and Gophersnakes (the Colubrines). In fact, some people regard Xenodontidae as a separate family altogether.

I doubt it is possible to breed such distantly related snakes due to chromosomal and other genetic incompatibilities. You have a much better chance of a hognosed snake breeding a mudsnake.

And even if you could...why would you?

I would like to think that if anyone ever tried such a stunt the kingsnake would eat the hog. I can just imagine what would happen if I put my 15 inch male hog in with my 5 foot female eastern kingsnake. I wouldn't leave a noticeable lump.
