HELP! PROLAPSED HEMIPENIS

I am actually posting this for a friend and it is for her Giant Day Gecko. She lives in a small town and there is no herp vet.
Can someone please post the site that has lists of herp vets to see if she can find someone close enough for her to make the drive. It has been prolapsed for over a day now. She is keeping him in some damp paper towels to keep it moist but there is bleeding now.
The gecko forum is a bit slow to answer so I thought someone here might have the info.
