Linda,
Thats a good question. It seems like the standard for beauty with these snakes is the reddist color and the biggest, brightest crescents. However, the more pictures I look at on this and other forums the more my opinion changes. Nevin has a stunning looking BRB with almost no crescents at all. When I selected the two from my liter I picked one with the most uniform crescents and the most attitude (I think a fiesty snake is a survivor). I picked another that did'nt have the best crescents but was really robust and dark (also it had the most complacent attitude; was getting tired of being mauled by all those babies) and I thought had the best chance of looking like my male (my favorite BRB). This same snake, though the crescents are poorly formed compared to her sister, has those neon looking crescents like her father.
Short answer; I'd go with the most abherent or classic with the most attitude.
When we going to see more picks before you ship em out?
Paul
Thanks Paul,
Since none of these are in "I've gotta keep it" I'll probably sell them all. I used some of the same criteria that you used when I chose one last time. Maybe my ideas of beauty are changing too.
