I remeber someone posting a picture, when I guessed Sobek would reach 5ft ..

By a year old, by the way she was growing at a small size. This guy told me she would reach 4ft at most by a year old then take 3-6 months to grow the next 1-2 inches. Hmm, I guess she cant read so she didnt stop. To think shes 2/3rds or more banded whitethroat (from Pete Zuplich), and 1/3 or less blackthroat. Most banded whitethroats stay around 4ft long in captivity also. Her father was smaller, but then again her father and grandfather were the same animal.

She looks more blackthroat to me then white. Especially more so then a banded cape.

Did you work that out on a chart? or did you run DNA tests to determin what percent she is?

For blackthroats her size is pretty normal.

Her grandmother was the blackthroat her grandfather was a cape banded WT as explained to me by Rob Faust, her mother was a cross, her father was the same cape banded WT. That to me is a BT/WT/WT cross, as compared to her uncle Shadow who looks like a dark colored WT and is smaller, yet hes the BT/WT cross. Id say the BTs features are more dominant for size and patterns, but as far as her new color changes shes turning to the banded WTs colors (most of them), shes changing colors again in other words, with this last shed, hopefully when shes done Ill get good pics, shes turning to a white background, blueish gray and tan markings, with orange on certain scales. Her dark patch on her throat is getting smaller every shead, and her pattern gets lighter also. Shes keeping the bright yellow marking around her nostrils, and the general pattern of marking.
I say 2/3rds WT because of the BT being her grandmother only, the others being a cross and 2 banded WTs.

Ok so he bred a BT to a WT, then had cross babies. He then bred the baby back to the father the wt.

That doesnt mean she is 25% this or that, it means that she has bt and wt in her. She could carry more of the genetic code for bt or more for wt. depends on what she got and which is dominant.

To me I look at her pics you take and she looks BT, I do not see much WT. Everything you described with colors matches up with alot of BT's I have had.
