It has only one eye and one ear the eye is still seeping liquid
but looks like it is healing pretty good and tips?

You might surf around caudata.org---that website has a lot of info about medicines and what to do about amphibian sores, infections, etc.
www.caudata.org is where it is----might go to the "other amphibians" thread, and also type in a search under "wounds" or something like that.
