Question on knowing when to feed and shedding

PAsnake Jun 12, 2004 03:31 PM

My second clutch 03 male normal ate for me no problems the first time after three days in my care 2 pinks. Sometime last night or early this morning he pooped his last meal out. Now when do i know to feed him again? as soon as he poops or wait a few days? the only info i am finding is at his age he should be fed every 4-7 days.

also is it better to say feed 1 pink every 4 days or 2 every 7?

He appears to be getting ready to shed his entire body has a bluish glow in bright light but his eyes haven't gone as far as i know. He did look bluish in the darker areas last saturday when i got him. They could have clouded over for the period of time i left him be after feeding Tuesday-Friday. How often would a snake his age shed? He is about 19 inches and seems a little fuller in the body since i got him.

thanks, i am just really nervous about keeping him healthy after loosing my last corn, even if it was no fault of mien.

Corns seem like there always shedding and pooping when there juvies.I feed my juvies once a week 2 pinks. It's just easier to pick one day of the week and feed them then.
