Where can I find automatic watering systems?

Or can you make them yourself? This is for mice and rats.

you bet. I've had great luck with these guys. buy your tubing at homedepot as well as the t's. there in the sprinkler section. Use 1/4" washers to hang the nipples from the top. Otherwise they WILL flood.
