Ball pothon belly button?

zhenchok Jun 12, 2004 09:09 PM

Hi, I rescued a hatchling ball python today. This was a friend of my brother's who said the snake wasn't eating, probably an impulse buy. Well, I don't know how long this person had this hatchling but I would assume not too long because a small piece of dry umbilical cord is sticking out. Am I right to assume that this will go away after the snake sheds? Can anyone give me some insight on this? Thanks, Dave.
