Sometimes powdery substance in chameleons nose is excess mineral deposits.
if it is excess minerals should i stop dusting his crickets and mealworms for a few days and see what happens?

no, the build up is often salts in water.
However, if you are dusitng EVERY day you do need to cut back - that is way too often.

Actually, a cham this young can handle dusting every day...but as it gets older and growth slows down you'll need to cut back. The white powder around nostrils is exhaled salt. Some is normal, but if there is a lot most of the time your cham may need more spraying. Gentle spraying for a longer time is more effective than a heavy spray for just a few moments. Longer "showers" help dilute the salt and encourage the cham to drink longer...which helps balance salt and minerals.
