Gators in Canada?

Hello I have been looking for baby gators that are availible in Canada with little luck I decided to post to see if anyone knows of someone that has some for sale, or who knows of a supplier that can get them in. if anyone in Canada has a baby gator for sale please email me at bmxer233@hotmail.com

The reason you can't find them for sale in Canada is they are illegal there. You can only have them with permits and then it has to be strictly for education.

Alligators as such are not illegal in canada. Some cities may have bi-laws. Alligator are legal from a fedarals point of view.
As long as they are from a legal source. The usa do not allow alligators out of the states due to European competition in the hide market. And by the way there are some in canada for sale.

A Canadian friend told me they can be found, but they are real expensive. I have been told that the main reason for the cost is all the permits needed. You need a permit to bring them into Canada. Permits are needed to ship them within Canada. Most places will require a permit to keep them. By the time you get it to your house a few hundred dollars in permits have been added to the cost.
The permits are supposed to be easy to get, just real expensive.
