WV Bill HB 4167
According to PIJAC, this bill would ban almost any animal including birds and fish from the state.
"The bill would also regulate as a pet store anybody that sells or gives away an animal in the state. An Exotic Animal Control Board created under the act would be granted authority to establish standards for operating pet stores, including standards of animal care, and to prohibit import of "any domestic or exotic animal that threatens the public health and safety." "
