hey there
my lizards primarily eat crickets with calcium dusted on on them, with some wax worms and meal/super worms thrown in the mix every so often. i know, i know not very exciting but they seem to like it alot.
i guess my lizards like to be held, like they enjoy climbing all over me. these are crazy lizards. sometimes they will sit really still in your hand but then they jump and sometimes make you chase them around. they are definitely not like a bearded dragon where they will just chill with you, these guy love to run. just remain calm and normally you can catch them.
