As far as I know, there is no such book.

I would suggest Schaum's outline of genetics. Up to third edition, the author was William Stansfield, but the fourth edition has a new author with Stansfield. The fourth edition has the better material on biochemistry, but if you just want to learn classical Mendelian genetics, the third edition is just as good as the fourth and is cheaper (approximately USA $5 for PB).

The principles are the same for the genetics of mice, corn, fruit flies and boa constrictors. Once you learn the principles, it is easy to replace albino in the mouse with albino in the boa constrictor.

Good luck.
