but all I'm seeing is an image of a little manila folder.
Are you saying manila folders are infesting your ficus?
If this is supposed to be aphids (aka greenfly or blackfly, could be any number of different colors), you can get rid of them by using a detergent bath (2 tablespoons of dishsoap mixed with 16 oz warm water, sprayed onto tree. Let sit for 15 min, then rinse off).

Where do you have them posted? the last one sent me to a Verizon page. my guess is you/we need a password to access. your best bet is post them to the KS cham gallery and then include in message. I have posted to webshots.com and found ti to work well.
