My adult male bearded dragon is fat and healty, but somtimes, he will be walking around his cage inflatong then deflating his beard...? Also his beard seems to stay dark a lot. Please tell me if this is mormal.

It is very normal. Typical male behavior. Some females will even act this way on occassion.
