a question on sleeping

mefingas Jun 14, 2004 03:16 PM

I am a new owner and I was wondering is it okay that my leopard gecko sleeps pressed against the glass. She was walking near her hideout and she started to climb on the glass and then she just started sleeping. I just wanted to make sure she is okay since it seems like a spot she likes to nap everyday.

Sleeping against the glass is not a problem. I noticed younger leos generally fall asleep often and just plop down where they were. As long as she's eating and active when she is awake, I'd say nothing to worry about.

Thanks. Yeah she is eating, we just got her on sat but it looks like she ate some crickets last night that we set out for her. Later I am going to look to make sure. And yeah she is kind of active, not running around but she moves around a lot, mostly early in the morning at around 5-6ish. Thanks again
