can beardies eat fish flies? millions by me for a few months! (n/p)

I have fed mayflies to various lizards in the past, but just not a beardie yet. I would say go for it, but remember I don't even have a beardie yet.

no they are fish flies. we (detroit area) get millions and millions of them off the great lakes. they live for 48 hours. no mouths i guess... they have babies and die. i looked on the web and couldn't find anything on them.ha ha

we have so many here they have a fish fly festival

hehe, you must live by New Baltimore, or Port Heron. I have been to some of the fish fly festivals there :P

yeppers that's close by me! you walk and it sounds like your walking on a spilled box of rice crispies.haha

there are always reports of cars trying to stop... but they slide on all the bugs and crash.

I use to live there! First in New Haven then Anchor Bay then later in Detroit. I use to hate that time of year, the fish flys were everywhere then they would die and the corpses would still be stuck to the sides of your house, Blech!

I was glad when I moved to Missouri!
