he/she refuses to eat anything live..i bought her from some guy in a parking lot!....im proud of that anyway it is 3 feet long and will only eat ham sausage and hotdogs....ive thrown in 2 mice and it ignored the first one and just killed and tossed aside the other...is this Boars Head diet going to be healthy for it?

splitting open a mouse and bleeding it then stuffing the hot dog or ham inside until it gets used to the idea that a mouse is food. If you could find a way to tie(something edible) ham around a mouse that might work. I am not a caimen expert so I am just using ideas that I use to get my hognose to eat..Heck he might like a split mouse with all the blood so you could try that, wait till he gets really hungry so its more likely to work.I guess it all depends on whether they eat using scent or sight..Did you try the croc board here on Kingsnake they might be able to help you better..anyway hope this helps..
