i have a penguin fish filter that filters 100 gallons per hour and a 29 gallon rubbermaid tub, are these ok for a small red eared slider? ive wanted a red ear for a wile.

Yes that filter should work fine, bigger filters are better than smaller ones, when you are talking turtles.
