nutritional value

ok, like most of you I have DERMESTID BEETLES (those fuzzy worm like things you get in cricket orders). what is their nutritional value? They are really a good size to feed hatchlings.

lizards, LOVE them, including hatchling collareds .

Oh and thanks for putting a name to these little guys as I did not know what they were called.

Just called them brown hairy worm things in the cricket order, heheheh LOL

just have to be carefull that they get eaten cause they will chew on your lizards too.
