Budgett's Frog ingesting rocks

frogz13 Jun 15, 2004 08:15 AM

I have a Budgett's Frog in our frog exhibit at a children's musuem. The frog has ingested rocks and we need to know if there is anything we can do for him. This is obviously really urgent as we don't want to lose this frog.
Thank you to anyone who can help.

Take him to a vet. It may require surgery. This is the reason why most frogs should not be kept on rocks or gravel. If not taken to a vet, he will most likely either pass them out or will become impacted and die. Good luck and let us now how it turns out.

And the sign says "No long hair freaky people need not apply." So I put my hair under my hat and I went in to ask him why. He said you look like a fine outstanding young man I think you'll do. So I took off my hat I said "Imagine that Huh Me working for you."-Tesla
