Lets say you breed a Co-Dominant(pastel) with a recessive morph like an albino, that clutch would be 50% pastel and the other would be 100% het albino, but then you breed the albino hets together, would they then be a albino/pastel combo and look as such or would they not carry the pastel gene and just be albino?

If you breed a pastel to a visible albino, then....

Each egg has a 50% chance of being pastel, and has a 100% chance of being het albino

You could then take the pastel babies, raise them up and breed them together. These pastel/het albinos, when bred together will produce eggs that have a 1 in 4 chance of being super pastels and a 1 in 4 chance of being albinos (ie. a 1 in 16 chance of being a super-pastel/albino.

Make sense?
