two eggs together. one fertile, one infertile. separate now? later? never?

what should i do. this is the very first time i have had a fertile egg. she has layed a total of 4 clutches. all four had eggs fused together. however, this is the only clutch which had a fertile egg. i don't want to chance messing up the fertile egg by trying to remove the bad one. however, it is inevitable the bad one is going to start to go bad, mold, and stink. i think i will most certainly have a problem at some point. should i make it a problem now or wait. the eggs were layed on 6/10.

thanks!

jason

If you have the room, seperate the eggs. It will be easier to prevent mold from spreading this way.
